Product Description

Durak Fire Safe M-Aramid WR is part of our FIRE SAFE product range, manufactured with integrated production at Durak Textile’s industrial thread facilities, featuring permanent flame retardant and water-repellent properties. DURAK Fire Safe M-Aramid WR® is produced from 100% staple fiber meta-aramid raw material, which is flame retardant up to 370°C, and is available in 26 tex, 40 tex, and 70 tex options with a wide range of colors. It is coated with a specially formulated finish that provides high water resistance. Thanks to these features, it is an excellent choice for outdoor products, footwear, and accessories. The PFC-free water-repellent coating prevents capillary action and ensures that the thread does not absorb water. When the correct sewing tension is applied, water penetration through the needle hole is prevented.
