Recognizing the critical importance of information assets for business processes and functions, we are committed to:
• Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets; ensuring their continuity and control.
• Identifying risks to information assets and systematically managing those risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Protecting information assets against all possible threats that may arise, whether intentionally or unintentionally, from inside or outside the organization.
• Continuously evaluating opportunities for improvement in information security and implementing related activities.
• Increasing employee awareness of information security.

Our Information Security Policy covers all domestic and international company personnel using Durak Tekstil's information or systems, as well as third parties and their personnel who have access to Durak Tekstil’s information based on contractual agreements.
Those who use Durak Tekstil's information technology infrastructure and have access to information sources:
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of company information in personal and electronic communications.
• Implement security measures according to the risk levels identified.
• Report information security incidents to the Information Technology Unit Representative and take precautions to prevent such incidents.
• Do not transmit internal company information (such as announcements, documents, etc.) to unauthorized third parties.
• Do not use company IT resources for activities that violate laws and related regulations.
• Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information belonging to customers, business partners, suppliers, or other third parties.
• Our Management ensures that all employees receive awareness training on information security matters and comply with the policy.
