Product Description
DURAK Poly-Jet WR® is a sewing thread made from high-strength staple polyester fibers. It is coated with a specially formulated finish that provides high water resistance. Therefore, it is an excellent choice for outdoor products, footwear, and accessories. The PFC-free water-repellent coating material prevents capillary action, thereby stopping the thread from absorbing water. When the correct sewing tension is applied, water transfer through the needle hole is prevented. Its high breaking strength and optimum elongation properties produce smooth and attractive seams in leather shoes. It is specially lubricated to provide a high durability-to-fineness ratio and a smooth, refined appearance. The lubrication also helps ensure good performance during sewing.
