It is air-locked polyester (Air-Jet or LFP-Locked Filament Polyester) sewing thread.
Product Identification
DURAK Dukip® Threads are high performance and natural-looking sewing thread, produced from polyester filaments, those are interlacing by air pressure, locked each other by tendering and thermal treatment.
Physical and Chemical Properties
Melts at 260°C. There are physical and chemical changes after 150°C. Resistance to mineral acids. Resistance to weak alkalites and mant solvents. They exhibit a perfect strength against washing. The dimensional stabilities are well. Has a property of shrinkage of 2% or less rate.
Dyeing Technology and Lubrication
DURAK Dukip® Threads are dyed with the environmentally friendly dyestuff and chemicals, where high color fastnesses together with bright and vibrant colors are obtained. A lubrication treatment is applied that provides a very well sewing performance in high sewing speed, does not generate tone difference in colors and does not change during storage.
Presentation Form
DURAK Dukip® Threads; are produced in the thicknesses of 20, 30, 50, 120, 200 and in 3000 and 5000 meters. When required, wrap in specific meters can be made.
