Polyester lock-threads are derived by being subject to heat treatment, providing the continuous fibers to have annulet structure through air jet, in the way that they form a cohesive structure. Then, by doubling and spinning these threads, they are prepared as sewing thread. The unique structure of air jet or lock-threads provides a high abrasion resistance for them.
